Los Angeles Lakers superstar small forward LeBron James will reportedly never wear a Clippers jersey, according to Dave McMenamin of ESPN.
James signed a four-year, $153.3 million deal with the Lakers last summer. The Purple and Gold are going to miss the playoffs this season, while the Clippers are on their way to making the postseason after missing it in 2018.

The Lakers have the richer history than the Clippers, but the Clips have been the kings of Los Angeles for the past few seasons. Doc Rivers has done an excellent job with his team this season. The Clippers don't have a single All-Star on the roster, yet they enter Friday with a record of 42-20, which is good for eighth place in the Western Conference standings.
James and the Lakers will try and recruit Leonard, Durant and maybe Jimmy Butler this summer. The franchise will also try and trade for Anthony Davis again.
