The Los Angeles Lakers just wrapped up one of their most disappointing seasons in franchise history. After making a flurry of moves in the offseason, they missed the playoffs altogether and that's already resulted in the dismissal of head coach Frank Vogel. But, it appears their problems go a lot further than him.

The front office clearly made the wrong decisions last summer, bringing in older players and the wrong star in Russell Westbrook, who severely struggled alongside LeBron James and Anthony Davis, although the latter was hurt for most of the season.

With some major changes set to happen in the coming months, ESPN star Stephen A. Smith hilariously offered the Lakers the chance to hire him as their next president. You have to see it to believe it:

Priceless. Rob Pelinka has definitely found himself on the hot seat at times this season and it's clear the Lakers front office isn't bringing in the right players. However, we know LeBron also has a significant say in who the team signs. All jokes aside, Stephen A isn't wrong to clown LA. Adding numerous players over the age of 30 was never going to be a recipe for success, especially on the defensive end. That was evident all throughout 2021-22.
