Los Angeles Lakers rookie Kyle Kuzma has shown instances of having legendary shooting guard Kobe Bryant's Mamba Mentality throughout the season. During the first half of Easter Sunday's game against the Sacramento Kings, Kuzma talked some trash on the court about fellow rookie Justin Jackson that would make Bryant smile.

A video of the sequence, which involves Kuzma talking to Kings shooting guard Buddy Hield, was posted by Bleacher Report on Twitter and can be viewed below in all of its glory.

“He can't guard me down there. He can't guard me down there,” Kuzma said to Hield. “You gotta be guarding me because if he guarding me, he's barbecue chicken. Justin. Just letting you know.”

Bryant would definitely love that, there's no doubt about it. Kuzmania continues to take over Los Angeles as the sky seems to be the limit for the rookie forward out of the University of Utah. Selected No. 27 overall in the 2017 NBA Draft, Kuzma is one of the more pleasant surprises in the league this year.

The Lakers are going nowhere this season, but the excitement over watching this team remains. Armed with a bevy of young and talented players such Kuzma, Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram, and Julius Randle, the future of this Hollywood team seems bright.

The remaining games will be an opportunity for these young studs to garner more confidence before closing out the season.

Heading into tonight's contest against Sacramento, Kuzma was averaging 16.0 points on 45.3 percent shooting, 6.4 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per game this season in roughly 31.0 minutes of action per contest.
