LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers is out at the team's practice facility heaving up shots like he's a football quarterback tossing passes downfield.

Per Ryan Ward of ClutchPoints, below is a clip of James throwing up full-court shots.

For those familiar with James, it's been sort of a ritual of his to throw up full-court shots like that. There have been times where he's done it in pre-game warm-ups. In fact, earlier on in his career, he shot a commercial featuring him draining around five consecutive full court shots like they were layups.

But more than the full-court heaves, is James ready to go after missing a month of game time? According to Lakers head coach Luke Walton, James ramped up his practice sessions.

“He did more
we did some more up and down contact today, so the day before was half court contact, today we got up and down a little bit, did some short scrimmages. He did that, and we just got a bunch of shots up,” Walton said, per Mike Trudell of NBA.com.

In short, a James return may take place anytime now. Fans should keep their eyes peeled as James can return back to action as early as Tuesday when they face the Philadelphia 76ers.
