The Los Angeles Lakers' two best players, LeBron James and Anthony Davis, shared a touching moment during the team's tribute to fallen icon Kobe Bryant on Friday.
The pair of superstars, who were both donning Bryant's jersey ahead of their game versus the Portland Trail Blazers, hugged and shared some words for one another before tip-off.

Although they never played with Bryant during his 20-year tenure in LA, LeBron James and Anthony Davis became teammates with Bryant with Team USA. The trio developed an even closer bond upon Bryant's retirement in 2016.
LeBron broke down in tears during the national anthem, as he recalled the good time she had with Kobe. Both LeBron and AD also recently got tattoos to commemorate Kobe Bryant's legacy.
Although Bryant rarely made appearances in Laker games upon retirement, the entire Staples center was in high spirits whenever he made those infrequent visits. The five-time NBA champion was in attendance in the Lakers' match against the Dallas Mavericks last November, alongside his second eldest daughter who also tragically died in the accident.
Aside from donning his jersey during warm-ups, the Lakers also honored Bryant by offering 24 seconds of silence before the game.
