Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James is still one of the best basketball players in the world in spite of the fact that he'll be turning 35 in a couple of days. However, even some of his most passionate fans cannot deny that he gets suspicious calls from time to time.
On Saturday, a particular play against Anthony Tolliver of the Portland Trail Blazers was one of those opportunities that saw LBJ get a questionable foul call in his favor. Blazers fans who saw the play are livid with the scenes they just saw.
At first, it looked like a very horrible layup by James. BBall Clips showed a replay of the sequence, and there was simply no way that Tolliver — a 12-year veteran — would be fouling the Lakers superstar in any capacity.

However, the referees apparently called foul on the play. While the Blazers challenged the call, the officials ruled in favor of the Lakers and LeBron. James then split his free throws as the game carried on.
Anthony Tolliver was called for a foul on LeBron James on a fastbreak. It was difficult to see any contact in real time, but James did take a tumble on the play, landing on his right elbow. The Blazers challenged the call and the ruling was upheld. James went 1-of-2 from the line

Looking at the footage, maybe Anthony Tolliver's left knee did tap LeBron James' foot. However, many fans would argue that the call was bonkers and should be called out for.
