A lot of fans have been disappointed with what has been happening to the Los Angeles Lakers this season. After being the fourth best team in the West last December, they have fallen down to the 10th spot in the conference and are in danger of making the playoffs.
Rapper and long-time Laker fan Snoop Dogg aired his sentiments about the team on social media following their 118-109 loss against the Phoenix Suns.

Snoop Dogg said that in order for the Lakers to start winning, people have to go, starting with head coach Luke Walton.
Walton has been heavily criticized all season due to his inconsistent rotations and inability to lead the team to victories against bad teams. Even with LeBron James playing, the Lakers have lost to non-playoff teams like the Atlanta Hawks, New Orleans Pelicans, Memphis Grizzlies and most recently, the Suns.
And although he didn't mention any names, Snoop also called out some of the Lakers players for not being able to play consistently. He also called for them to be traded this summer.

Although the four-time MVP has been getting his usual numbers, he's been a liability on defense. Despite daring teams to test him on defense to see what will happen, he did not make any adjustments and is still one of the reasons why the Lakers are bad defensively.
His lack of leadership skills is also in question. He can't take over games, he can't get the team to play together, and his questionable manners during losses are some of the things fans have noticed about LeBron.
To simply put it, everyone plays a huge part as to why the Lakers have been terrible since the beginning of 2019, and in order for them to turn things around, they will have to figure things out as a cohesive unit. They cannot afford to continue struggling, especially with 19 games left.
The Lakers are four and a half games behind the San Antonio Spurs for the eighth seed in the West.
