The mother of Miami Heat big man Bam Adebayo is in the bubble to watch her son play in the NBA Finals.

Adebayo's mom promised the Heat star she would come to the bubble if Miami made it to the Finals, and she kept her promise.

This is what sports are all about. NBA players have been away from their families for a long time, though some of them have brought loves ones to the bubble since the league allowed it a few weeks ago.

However, Bam Adebayo has to be thrilled that his mom is in the bubble now, watching him play on the NBA's biggest stage. It's been a special season for Adebayo, as he made his first All-Star team and is now playing in his first NBA Finals.

When the Heat traded Hassan Whiteside in the summer of 2019 to the Portland Trail Blazers, most pundits predicted Adebayo would take a huge leap with extended minutes. However, no one saw him becoming the two-way star he has become, at least not this quickly.

Behind Jimmy Butler and Adebayo, the Heat's future is really bright no matter what happens in the Finals against the Los Angeles Lakers. Miami fans are hoping Butler and Adebayo spend the rest of their careers with the Heat.
