Chris Bosh revisited his stint playing next to LeBron James with the Miami Heat, and the side effects of one of the greatest coalitions of talent in league history — putting together three of the top-five picks of the 2003 NBA Draft, all in their prime, in a Miami Heat uniform.

Bosh explained that it wasn't all glory and lights, despite making four straight finals appearances and capturing two NBA titles in the process.
The former NBA star talked with Bill Simmons of The Ringer in his podcast, discussing how James took his first NBA Finals stint with the Heat after being the league's number-one enemy.
Article Continues BelowBill Simmons: “Something happened to LeBron James in that Dallas series, and it was like, ‘Wow, has he been broken by basketball fans?’”
Chris Bosh: “Yeah, I mean he had moments. I remember we were shooting [around] one time… and [LeBron] was there too, so I was watching him shoot, and he seemed like something was on his mind. And I said, ‘Hey man, look: We’ve got two games at home to win an NBA championship. We’re good.’ And he said, ‘Yeah, you’re right but everybody wants me to fail.’ And I felt the same way, so we had a conversation and talked deeper. It was just like, tough to beat. Plus, nobody got it like he got it.
The series was knotted at two apiece and the Dallas Mavericks were able to break through thanks to an unconventional zone defense and some torrid shooting.

The Heat would go on to win its first championship together in 2012 and then another in 2013, putting this loss in the rearview mirror — though it would be short-lived once James got back on the good side of the fans by rejoining the Cavs once again in the summer of 2014.
Ther trio would be remembered as one of the best of all-time while being among the most vilified.
