As of Wednesday night, the Memphis Grizzlies reportedly have a new cog in their rotation: Justise Winslow. In a deal that sent Andre Iguodala to the Miami Heat (where he will reportedly sign a two-year, $30 million contract extension), the Grizzlies got back one of Miami's most promising young pieces in Winslow, albeit a player who has been significantly hampered by injuries this season.
In the wake of the news, Winslow took to Twitter to let Tyus Jones and Grayson Allen — current Grizzlies, but also former Duke Blue Devils — that he was thrilled to be seeing them soon.

But it seemingly wasn't all love from Winslow, who took stock of what others had to say in the wake of the deal, sending a statement to one of the Heat's preeminent legends, Dwyane Wade.

The Heat made Winslow the 10th overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft out of Duke where he spent a single season before turning pro. He has primarily been used as a reserve piece but has started 105 games over his first five years in the league. His highest honor to this point as a professional was being named to the NBA All-Rookie Second Team in 2016.
Still just 23 years old, Winslow appeared on track to become a key player for the Heat in 2019-20. During the 11 games that he has been cleared to play in around a back ailment, he has averaged 11.3 points, 6.6 rebounds and 4.0 assists per contest. While his injury is expected to keep him out until at least the All-Star break, Memphis is banking on his future development.
