The Miami Heat have plenty of interest in making a move for Bradley Beal, but unfortunately, it seems the feeling is not mutual.
According to Barry Jackson of Miami Herald, the Heat would have been one of the biggest suitors of Beal had he asked for a sign-and-trade from the Washington Wizards. However, that hasn't happened yet.
Per Jackson: Wizards All Star guard Bradley Beal declined his $36.4 million player option but has not requested a sign-and-trade to another team. The Heat would have interest in Beal if he asked to be traded to Miami. But as of Wednesday, he had not.

While Bradley Beal declined his massive player options with the Wizards, it doesn't mean he'll leave. In fact, the general expectation is that he's going to sign the five-year max contract worth $248 million with Washington.
Since free agency hasn't started yet, nothing is certain as of the moment. Beal can also sign a four-year deal elsewhere if he believes it's his best chance to win a title in his career. Miami could definitely be an option for that, but in order for the Heat to facilitate such deal, they will have to ask for the Wizards' help through a sign-and-trade.
It would definitely be great to see Beal in Heat uniform playing alongside Jimmy Butler, but for now, it all remains but a pipe dream.
