Four-time All-Star swingman Jimmy Butler is making his debut as a member of the Miami Heat on Tuesday, and it included an electric first quarter where he scored 12 points for his new team.
Then, in the second quarter, the 30-year-old former Most Improved Player crossed up Atlanta Hawks backup point guard Ty Wallace (via Jorge Alonso on Twitter).

Butler's performance, however, is currently being overshadowed by the unknown condition of Hawks sophomore guard Trae Young, who left in the second quarter of the Southeast Division matchup after stepping on Heat guard/forward Justise Winslow's foot and seemingly spraining an ankle. Young had to be helped off the floor while not putting any weight on the foot/ankle and he is not returning to the game.
Wallace, meanwhile, will have to share the floor general duties with veteran Evan Turner while Hawks fans wait on bated breath to hear news on their rising star young.
