Luka Doncic and Goran Dragic had a special moment after they went against each other on Thursday night at the American Airlines Arena.
Dragic and Doncic swapped jerseys after Dragic's Miami Heat scored a 105-99 win over Doncic's Dallas Mavericks. It was the first NBA game in which these two stars from Slovenia played against each other. The Heat defeated the Mavericks in their first meeting this season, but Dragic did not play for the Heat in that matchup.

Doncic and Dragic know each other very well, having played together for the Slovenian national team. They led Slovenia to a successful title campaign in EuroBasket 2017, when Doncic turned heads and boosted his stock as one of the top prospects in the world.

Those kinds of things always bring guys closer together.”
The report also revealed that a huge contingent of Slovenian fans flew to Miami to witness the game. They did not go home disappointed: Dragic and Doncic put on a show for them.
Dragic had a huge night for the Heat. He ended up with a triple-double, finishing with 23 points on 9-for-17 shooting to go along with 12 rebounds and 11 assists. Doncic also had a solid night of all-around production with 19 points, eight rebounds, and seven assists for Dallas.
Dragic and the Heat are eighth in the Eastern Conference standings after the win, trying to hang onto the final playoff spot in the East. On the other hand, Dallas dropped to 29-46, which is the second-worst record in the Western Conference.
