Milwaukee Bucks center Brook Lopez makes NBA record for most 3-point attempts without a single make. The 30-year old big man was 0-12 from beyond the arc during the Bucks' close loss at the hands of the Phoenix Suns.
Chris Walder of The Score tweeted out Lopez' recent ‘historical feat.'

The Bucks went on to lose a two-point call thanks to an impressive game-winner from veteran Jamal Crawford of the Suns. Lopez struggled on offense all night with a paltry 18% field goal percentage. He may have come through on defense with 4 blocks, but his shooting woes were just too much for the Bucks to bear.
Still, one game could not take away Lopez' brilliance from the perimeter this season. The stretch center is having a career-high in three-point percentage with an outstanding 38% clip. He went berserk on offense during a win against the Denver Nuggets as he made eight shots from the arc on his way to finishing 28 points.
Lopez' inside-outside game has been a perfect fit for Giannis Antetokounmpo. The ‘Splash Mountain' says that his sudden inclination to space the floor started during his stints with the Brooklyn Nets and the Los Angeles Lakers.

“It was a whole new world for me. It was, ‘OK, I’ve got to find my shots from here now.’ I wasn’t finding my normal bunnies in the post or anything like that. ‘I’m just sitting and spacing – that’s my job.’ It was a big adjustment, getting the rhythm right and everything.
“I’m pretty comfortable into that now and I’ve kind of found my niche, as far as my rhythm.”
Lopez will look to bounce back from his forgettable game when the Bucks face the visiting San Antonio Spurs on Saturday.
