Two-time reigning MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo is having yet another MVP caliber season—his latest dagger versus the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday night capped off yet another impressive performance by Antetokounmpo as the Milwaukee Bucks escaped.

The Bucks, who rallied from behind, were led by Antetokounmpo’s 32 points, 15 rebounds, and 5 assists to seal the deal in overtime. One of the many important shots the Greek freak took in Wednesday’s Eastern Conference showdown was in overtime, with one minute and eleven seconds. Antetokounmpo passed Ben Simmons, attacked the paint, crossed his defender, and scored a two-point bucket to give the Bucks a 105-98 in overtime.

The five-time All-Star then celebrated his dagger by sitting on the other side of the court. Thanks to Antetokounmpo’s dagger, the Bucks improve their record to 26-14 and remain in third place in the Eastern Conference. The Sixers meanwhile are still on top of the standings with a record of 28-12 and are currently missing their own MVP Joel Embiid to a knee injury.

The Bucks have won 10 of their last 11 games. They have been undefeated since the much-needed All-Star break. Antetokounmpo has averaged 31.9 points in the last 10 games, with a shooting efficiency of 59.9 percent from the field. The Bucks also made news early today after acquiring 15-year veteran PJ Tucker from the Houston Rockets. Adding Tucker has the potential to upgrade the Bucks' offense, specifically three-point shooting, and on the defensive side as well.

The potential MVP and his team will be facing the Indiana Pacers, Boston Celtics twice, and New York Knicks in the next coming days.
