The Milwaukee Bucks are listing superstar small forward Giannis Antetokounmpo as questionable for Game 4 against the Miami Heat on Sunday, per The Athletic's Eric Nehm.

Antetokounmpo suffered a right ankle sprain in Game 3 and was severely limping throughout the contest and while leaving the arena.

The Bucks are down 3-0 to the Heat. Their 2019-20 season is likely over since no team in NBA history has ever erased a 3-0 deficit in the playoffs.

Giannis Antetokounmpo is averaging 22.7 points, 13.3 rebounds and 7.0 assists against the Heat through the first three games. However, the MVP is shooting just 45.1 percent from the field, 15.4 percent from beyond the arc and 54.1 percent from the free throw line.

The Heat are packing the paint against Antetokounmpo and daring him to shoot jump shots. The tactic is working perfectly, and now Antetokounmpo is in danger of getting swept in the playoffs for the first time in his NBA career.

If Antetokounmpo doesn't play in Game 4, the Bucks will certainly lose. Milwaukee could lose even if Antetokounmpo plays since the Heat have their number on both ends of the floor and the Bucks have no answer for All-Stars Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo.
