Giannis Antetokounmpo showcased his entire repertoire once again on Tuesday night as he led the Milwaukee Bucks to a 112-98 victory over the Washington Wizards. Giannis produced another mind-numbing triple-double and in the process, he surpassed the GOAT himself, Michael Jordan, for an epic NBA all-time record.
The Bucks superstar logged his 29th career triple-double on Tuesday, which has allowed him to surpass MJ for the 18th spot in the all-time triple-doubles list (h/t Bucks on Twitter):

Giannis dropped 33 points on 14-of-21 shooting, to go along with 15 rebounds, 11 assists, and two blocks as the Bucks secured a win over a shorthanded Wizards side. This was an important victory for Milwaukee, who has now bounced back following a humiliating 36-point blowout loss against the Denver Nuggets on Sunday.
The Bucks star isn't exactly in the Top 10 for career triple-doubles, but whenever you surpass the great Michael Jordan in any particular statistical achievement then it's definitely worth writing home about. For Antetokounmpo, just to be mentioned in the same breath as MJ is a privilege.
On the season, Antetokounmpo is averaging 28.8 points on 53.2 percent from the field, with 11.2 rebounds, 5.8 assists, 1.0 steals, and 1.4 blocks per game. As for his Bucks, they haven't really been at their best yet this season as they sit on a 32-21 record for fifth in the East.
