Karl-Anthony Towns is quickly becoming one of the best young stars in the league today. He has also gained the respect of his opponents, as well as his teammates'.
During a recent post-game interview on him by some members of the media, the Minnesota Timberwolves‘ center asked for silence from the team inside the locker, which they obliged to in an instant.

This can be seen as a good sign for the Minnesota faithful as last year's unanimous Rookie of the Year winner will be one of the team's leaders for years to come. It also helps their cause that he is emerging as the their go-to-guy on and off the court, and that the team respects him even if he's still young, as he definitely deserves it.
The Timberwolves may not have started their season as planned, only having a 4-8 record, but what happened in the locker room can be considered a small win for them as the players have obviously built some chemistry with one another,
