Minnesota Timberwolves owner Glen Taylor is standing pat in negotiations with other teams' offers for All-Star forward Jimmy Butler. Butler had voiced his displeasure in his current situation with the Timberwolves. It seems pretty clear at this point this season, that Butler wants to move on from his current team.
Glen Taylor joined Darren “Doogie” Wolfson for a segment of “The Scoop!” where Wolfson asked Taylor about recent trade negotiations and here is what the Timberwolves owner had to say:

Teams started out with the idea that Jimmy said he wanted to be traded, and maybe they make an offer where they think they can get a good deal, but it isn't necessarily a good deal for us. I understand that. That's the part where we need to be patient and work with the other team. Ideally, you want a thing where both teams feel they got good value.”
The most recent offer the Timberwolves received was from the Houston Rockets. The Rockets offered four 1st round picks in exchange for Butler. However, Minnesota supposedly has no interest in a deal with Houston unless they receive Eric Gordon, last season's Sixth Man of the Year.
It's not really a matter of Jimmy Butler getting traded, rather when he'll receive the change of scenery. Glen Taylor appears to be waiting for an offer he simply cannot refuse. There has been speculation on Butler's desired trade destinations, but it may not be the wisest move to send Butler to the Rockets or another team on the cusp of winning a championship.
