“I feel fortunate to have collaborated with so many incredibly talented people during my 10-plus years at ESPN,” said MacMullan. “Sometimes you just know when you’re ready to dial it back, and this is the right time for me. I’m grateful for the memories, but especially for the friends I’ve made along the way. Thank you to my ESPN colleagues for all of your support.”

McMullan's final appearance on Around The Horn will be on the 31st. Along the way, she's won numerous awards and has been a trailblazer for women in the sports journalism industry. In 2010, she was the first female ever to win the prestigious Curt Gowdy Media Award from the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame.

Best wishes to Jackie McMullan in retirement. ESPN will surely miss your talents.
