The 2018 NBA Draft is just a number of weeks ahead, so prepare to hear more of the names of the top NBA prospects in the leadup to the highly anticipated event. But before that, most of these prospects will be trying to impress scouts in the upcoming 2018 NBA Draft Combine, which is set to occur in Chicago from May 16-20.
Here’s the complete list of the participants for the combine, which is at least missing a couple of potential top picks in DeAndre Ayton and Luka Doncic.

Even without DeAndre Ayton and Luka Doncic, the combine is not going to have a shortage of elite prospects. Guys like Trae Young, Miles Bridges, Marvin Bagley III, Michael Porter Jr., Grayson Allen, and Mohamed Mamba are all going to be in Windy City for the five-day event.

Not all players who have declared for the 2018 Draft received an invite to the combine. By not appearing in the combine, players who are not considered as top-flight prospects will find it tougher to get the attention of NBA teams. However, Ayton and Doncic can be considered as exceptions, as both players have long been widely viewed as sure top 10 picks in the draft.
It's also worth noting that, at least for some players not invited, they can and will still work out individually for NBA teams leading up to the event.
The 2018 NBA Draft will be held at Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Jun. 21.
