Morant is largely expected to be drafted among the top three picks in the upcoming 2019 NBA Draft, going as high as the No. 2 overall selection behind Duke freshman talisman Zion Williamson.
The Racers point man was recently named a First-Team All-American by The Associated Press with averages of 24.5 points, 5.7 rebounds, 10 assists and 1.8 steals per game for the 2018-19 season.

Morant, who was largely overshadowed by other notable talents playing in bigger conferences, dazzled during his two appearances in the NCAA Tournament, posting a strong 17-point, 11-rebound, 16-assist triple-double against Marquette in the first round of play, while leading the Racers in scoring with a 28-point performance against Florida State in the Round of 32.
The 6-foot-3 floor general has drawn comparisons to Russell Westbrook and with due reason, as he lead the nation in triple-doubles with three this season.
Despite his brief showing at the national stage, Morant possesses an electrifying aggression attacking the rim, a deft 3-point shot and an uncanny ability to find his teammates, leading the nation in assists by a wide margin while ranking sixth in the country in scoring.
