The Mavericks' outstanding European duo not only ran away with the better stats, but they also took home an exciting 143-130 victory over New Orleans. Luka Doncic was his usual phenomenal self, dropping 46 points, 12 assists, eight rebounds, one steal, and one block in 40 minutes. The Slovenian superstar drilled 17 of his 30 field-goal attempts and made it rain from downtown with a 5-for-8 clip.

Kristaps Porzingis, on the other hand, had his best game of the season, pitching in 23 points on 13-for-21 shooting from the field and a remarkable 8-of-13 from past the arc. The Unicorn added seven boards and one block in 32 minutes.
It was a back-and-forth affair early on, as Doncic and the Mavs had no answer for Zion Williamson who ended up with a career-high scoring output. The former Duke high-flyer shot a perfect 10-for-10 from the field in the first half.

Brandon Ingram's steady play also did not make it easy for them, as he traded buckets with the Mavericks' two stars. But in the end, Dallas once again put their chips behind their amazing duo and they delivered big time. After a rough stretch last month, the Mavs are now winners of their last four outings and improved their record to 13-14 (11th in the West).
