The Phoenix Suns lost Game 4 of their Western Conference Semifinals series against the Dallas Mavericks on Mother's Day. During the game, a Mavs fan allegedly put his hands on Suns point guard Chris Paul's mother. The fan also supposedly pushed Paul's wife in front of his children.
News had surfaced that the fan was removed from the arena after the incident. Video has since surfaced of Paul yelling in the direction of what appears to be the fan while they were being thrown out of the game.
Chris Paul was not happy. 😳

It's hard to make out all of the audio from what Paul is saying, but one part is very clear. “Hey, hey, I see you… I see you.”
The Suns guard was understandably upset if what has been reported is true. Shortly after the game, Paul himself tweeted out the hypocrisy of the league.
Wanna fine players for saying stuff to the fans but the fans can put they hands on our families….fuck that!!

“Wanna fine players for saying stuff to the fans but the fans can put they hands on our families… f*** that!!”
Players have been held to what has appeared to be higher-than-normal standards in terms of speaking out against the league and its officials, not just with Phoenix either. It has happened to multiple stars this postseason, and Paul himself was walking a tight rope after Game 4 Sunday.
The Suns point guard fouled out of the game with nine minutes remaining. A number of the calls made against him were considered questionable, adding to the frustration. During the post-game press conference, Paul wanted out of their and referenced Giannis Antetokounmpo with regard to trying to avoid a $25,000 fine.
Pivotal Game 5 between the Suns and Mavs will be Tuesday night back in Phoenix.
