Orlando Magic point guard Markelle Fultz is expected to be a full participant at the start of this season's training camp, according to a report from Josh Robbins of The Athletic.
Markelle Fultz is expected to be able to participate fully in practices when the Magic begin training camp on Oct. 1, Jeff Weltman said.

In November of 2018, Fultz' agent announced that his client had been diagnosed with thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS), which is a neurogenic type of disorder that affects nerves between the neck and shoulder. The ailment can lead to abnormal movement and range of motion — a symptom he was reportedly dealing with while shooting a basketball.
The fact that Fultz is expected to be ready for training camp is certainly great news for the Magic, and head coach Steve Clifford is happy to have him aboard:

“He’s so talented, but just because of the situation [with his injured shoulder], it’s just about him taking it day by day,” Clifford told NBA.com in September. “Seeing how things have progressed have helped him and that’s just the smart way to go for now.”
Fultz made 19 appearances with the Sixers last season (15 starts), racking up averages of 8.2 points on 41.9 percent shooting from the field (28.6 percent from beyond the arc), 3.7 rebounds, 3.1 assists and just under one steal in 22.5 minutes per outing.
The Magic finished the 2018-19 regular season with a 42-40 overall record, which earned the team a No. 7 seed in the Eastern Conference Playoffs. Unfortunately, though, Orlando was defeated by the Toronto Raptors in the opening round, 4-1.
