Things have taken quite an intriguing turn involving rookie guard Markelle Fultz of the Philadelphia 76ers that has seen him sidelined with a shoulder injury that has been associated with his shooting form struggles.
Given how the situation has unfolded over the last couple of weeks for Fultz with the mysterious handling of the injury that has even baffle an opposing general manager in the Eastern Conference, according to Ken Berger of Bleacher Report.

The manner in which the entire matter has been managed by the 76ers has been head scratching as he had been playing through an injury through the first four games of the season. He was then ruled out earlier this week with “soreness and scapular muscle imbalance in his right shoulder” and will be reevaluated in three weeks.
This has created much questioning toward why Philadelphia allowed for this situation to play out in the fashion it has unfolded. That said, the organization may handle the injury with a precautionary approach to avoid it from lingering on any further.
All of this has ultimately become an ever-developing situation as the 76ers are hoping that once this shoulder injury subsides that it can lead to a correction in Fultz's shooting form and permit him to play up to his potential as one of the core pieces to the puzzle while helping the 76ers make a serious playoff push.
