With the Philadelphia 76ers currently in possession of the upcoming draft's 24th overall pick, it appears that team general manager Elton Brand is still looking to add another first-round pick.
According to Sixers team insider Vin Fosh, Brand has had discussions with the Atlanta Hawks regarding the possibility of acquiring one of their three first-round picks.
Per Source: Elton Brand has been working tirelessly to acquire an additional first round pick in next week’s draft. One team that he has had multiple discussions with is the Atlanta Hawks, who own 3 first round picks (#8, #10, #17).

The Atlanta front office has been one of the busiest in the past few weeks, as they just recently pulled off a deal to acquire the No. 17 pick from the Brooklyn Nets (along with shooting guard Allen Crabbe and a future first-round pick) in exchange for incoming fourth-year forward Taurean Prince and a future second-round pick.

Aside from this, the Hawks also have their own No.8 pick, as well as the No. 10 pick, which they acquired from the Dallas Mavericks in a previous deal.
Along with the Boston Celtics, the Hawks have the most first-round picks in the upcoming draft, which is likely why Brand must have assumed that Atlanta would be somewhat more open to parting ways with one of their picks.
If Brand is indeed able to get his wish, this will surely come at a price for the Sixers. The Hawks may not be willing to part ways with either of their two top 10 picks (unless of course Philadelphia tables an irresistible type of offer), so realistically, the Sixers front office might have their eyes set on Atlanta's recently-acquired No. 17 pick.
