This isn’t the first time NBA players have been interrupted by animals. Most notably are the times that the Spurs’ AT&T Center have had intruders of the bat variety. Joel Embiid had himself a game against the Spurs, putting up 33 points, 19 rebounds, and 3 assists on San Antonio. This has been nothing new for Embiid who has been playing at an MVP level for a while now. For the month of January, he is averaging 29.5 points, 13.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 2.3 blocks, and 0.8 steals.
