When the NBA Finals is over, all the attention will switch to the Cleveland Cavaliers' LeBron James and where exactly he is going to end up this offseason.
One of the favorites is the Philadelphia 76ers who could make a superteam with Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons, but Brian Windhorst of ESPN says to pump the brakes on that. He was appearing on Fox Sports Radio and said a big reason that might not work is that Embiid would have to become a role player.

You really need a floor-spacing big-man. This is why I stop short on anybody who wants to assume he’s going to pencil in Philadelphia.
If you’re going to play with LeBron James and be the big, you’re going to stand in the corner and wait for the ball. And if you don’t believe me, you’ve got to speak to Chris Bosh and Kevin Love about that. Maybe Joel Embiid is prepared to sign up for that. And say, ‘ok, I’ll go in the corner and wait for the ball.’ That’s not the Joel Embiid that I know.
Chris Bosh and Kevin Love both gave up a lot of individual glories when they signed on with LeBron for one simple reason — to win championships.
The big question is will Embiid be willing to give up some of his glory at a chance to win titles?
