Joel Embiid's conditioning currently isn't at the level where he wants it to be, and he didn't shy away from addressing it to the media on Tuesday.

In the most Embiid way possible, of course.

Embiid, 24, is feeling healthy again after missing an eight-game stretch with a sore left knee. He returned to action this past Sunday when the Philadelphia 76ers stole a crucial win from the Indiana Pacers. The All-Star big man's presence in the paint was a clear difference-maker, as it's been pretty much all year – posting 33 points and 12 rebounds.

Philly overthrew Indy as the No. 3 team in the Eastern Conference with the win, and will likely retain that position, barring any unforeseen collapses in the final 14 games of the regular season. The Sixers and the Pacers currently possess the same record of 43-25, but the Sixers are still third by default due to the tiebreaker.

Embiid followed up his mighty return on Sunday, making up for lost times defensively in Tuesday's victory against the Cleveland Cavaliers. He filled the stat sheet in that one with 17 points, 19 rebounds, five assists. His menacing rim protection was in full effect, swatting away four of Cleveland's attempts, after not recording a single block against Indiana.

Joel Embiid's conditioning shouldn't have any issue returning to form by the time the Philadelphia 76ers play their first playoff game, though he has been guilty of looking out of shape in the past – especially in last year's postseason series against the Boston Celtics.
