With the Phoenix Suns slated to open their preseason on Tuesday, the 20-year-old Kentucky product showed everyone that he is ready for the upcoming season, by knocking down consecutive corner three-pointers during his team's practice session.

The video can be considered a strong statement from the Suns, as they want it to be known that their rising star is raring to start next season's grind. He could be in line for an even stronger campaign than last year, where he already averaged solid numbers of 22.1 points, 3.2 rebounds and 3.4 assists in 35.0 minutes per game.

If what can be seen in the clip is a preview of what's in store for Booker this coming season, he will be a nightmare matchup for his defenders as he is looking very sharp. The Suns are expected to once again count on his strong performances to lead them to more success, as they have their eyes set on making the playoffs for the first time in eight years.
