Portland Trail Blazers All-Star point guard Damian Lillard is not only a scoring machine, but an aspiring Nostradamus as well, in relationship to the Golden State Warriors.
Lillard predicted the Warriors' epic Game 2 Western Conference Finals comeback against his Blazers a month ago. More specifically, he told Bleacher Report's Taylor Brooks on April 10 (via the NBA's official Reddit account), “There'll be six minutes left and you up by 15…and they will erase that lead in two minutes.”

The Blazers were up by 16 after small forward Maurice Harkless made two free throws with 9:34 left in the third quarter. Golden State then went on a 13-0 run in the next 2.5 minutes.
Stephen Curry made a triple and an 18-foot jumper to close the deficit to 11. The Warriors' Klay Thompson then made 3-pointers on consecutive possessions to make the score 69-64 in Portland's favor.
Thirty-four seconds later, Draymond Green made a layup on an Andre Iguodala assist to trim the deficit to three points. Golden State's 13-o run lasted exactly two minutes, just as Lillard predicted a month earlier.

The Warriors went on to win, 114-111, to take a 2-0 series lead in the Western Conference Finals. Even without an injured Kevin Durant, the Warriors still got the better of the Trail Blazers. Curry was the game's top scorer with 37 points. Thompson finished with 24 points for Golden State.
The Blazers need to win Game 3 at the Moda Center on Saturday night. Otherwise, they will find it hard to overcome a 3-0 series deficit against the defending champions.
Perhaps Lillard should stop looking at his crystal ball so Portland's fortunes will change in Game 3.
