Valentine's Day 2018 is here at last. For the Portland Trail Blazers' social media team, they simply go all out when it comes to showing love for others. In fact, they sent customized cards to every single NBA team, many of which are quite creative.

Give the Blazers' Twitter thread below a click, as it shows personal Valentine's Day cards sent out by Portland's social media team to the other 29 NBA franchises. Love is certainly in the air and Portland is leading the charge.

Of course, Rip City was the first one to get a Valentine's Day card and rightfully so.

Even star guard Damian Lillard showed a ton of love towards Jazz rising star rookie shooting guard Donovan Mitchell, who recently lit Portland up en route to a 115-96 road victory for Utah.

Per a recap article posted to ESPN.com by The Associated Press:

“I think he should be Rookie of the Year for sure, not just because of his numbers but his impact on their team. He's basically leading them and it's special to see a rookie be able to do what he's doing out there. He's able to get to the rim, he shoots the ball with ease, just not afraid — really aggressive,” Lillard said of Mitchell.

Portland, which will host the defending NBA champions in the Golden State Warriors tonight at Moda Center, is currently the No. 7 seed in the Western Conference playoff race just ahead of the New Orleans Pelicans, L.A. Clippers and the surging Utah Jazz. The Blazers will head into the All-Star Break with a path ahead of them that is quite tough.
