On Monday morning, news broke about Sacramento Kings‘ forward Matt Barnes being wanted by authorities for questioning after getting involved in an altercation in a New York City nightclub.
Barnes was at Avenue Nightclub together with his teammate, DeMarcus Cousins, when a 911 call was made reporting him to allegedly choking a woman and punching two men who tried to break the argument. Police came to the scene but the 36-year-old UCLA product had already left.
Later in the day, Barnes posted a message on his Instagram account reminding everyone that there's always two sides to a story and that not everything written about him is true and should not be believed right away.

This situation Barnes is involved in is something worth monitoring especially with his post, although indirectly, denying what happened inside the club. With witnesses telling otherwise, it will be interesting to find out what the authorities deem as the truth.
