This is a very real admission by Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton on his trade from the Kings. Haliburton acknowledged that it's part of the business but flat-out said that Sacramento “didn't want him.”

It's heartbreaking to hear Haliburton talk about how he started to “love” and “trust” the Sacramento community only for the franchise to get rid of him in a trade with the Pacers.

It's clear that the trade was a bit shortsighted from a basketball standpoint, as Haliburton is a rising force on both ends of the floor and seemingly hasn't even scratched the surface of his potential.

However, judging by these comments from new Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton, it seems like the Kings may have been shorthanded about him as a person too.
