Entering his 18th season as the head coach of the San Antonio Spurs, many believe that what drives Gregg Popovich to come back each year is his thirst to win more championships.

The 67-year-old coach has won five NBA championships and has been named Coach of the Year three times in his career. He is also set to become the next head coach of the U.S. Men's National Team, which goes to show that he is widely considered as one of the best in the game.
