How could you not love this guy? On Friday morning, Philadelphia 76ers star center Joel Embiid struck again when he gave Stephen A. Smith a dose of The Process during a live interview with ESPN's First Take.
Embiid, who is very active on social media, began to talk with Smith about his exchanges with Big Baller Brand founder LaVar Ball, Detroit Pistons center Andre Drummond, and others.
“Twitter beef with LaVar Ball earlier in the year and you're going back-and-forth with Mr. Drummond himself now,” Smith said. “Who else are you going to beer with over Twitter?”
Embiid's response? He keeps it real. Absolutely priceless.
“First of all, I don't ever start things. If you look at it, I don't ever say anything (first). Never. People don't know that it might start in the game with guys being extra physical and just talking. I'm just going with the flow,” Embiid said. “I'm like ‘you wanna talk s—, so I'm gonna kick your ass' so I mean I never start things.”
A video clip of the hilarious moment was posted on Twitter by user Kyle Scott, which can be viewed below.

Smith, who has also been very critical of the Sixers and The Process in the recent past, also asked Embiid about why he even has that nickname. Embiid didn't hold back in his response.
“I know you don't like The Process, but I mean you've got to trust The Process. I think it's time for you to trust The Process,” Embiid said with a big smile.
You're simply the best, Joel. Please never change one bit. Tonight, the Sixers will host the Oklahoma City Thunder in a primetime game on ESPN at Wells Fargo Center.
