On Christmas Day at legendary Madison Square Garden, the Philadelphia 76ers (15-18) picked up a huge 105-98 road win over the New York Knicks to stop a five-game losing streak. Sixers rising star center Joel Embiid, who was a dominant force throughout the game and also led Philly's squad in scoring, drove this Knicks squad absolutely nuts when he was on the floor.

According to a tweet this afternoon from Micah Adams of ESPN Stats & Info, the Sixers took every single one of their 30 free throw attempts when Embiid was on the floor and outscored the Knicks 90-65 when the star center was in the game.

Embiid finished with a team-high 25 points on 8-of-17 shots made from the field, a whopping 16 rebounds, three blocked shots and three assists against the Knicks. He also was a nearly-perfect 7-of-8 from the charity stripe while the Sixers' team shot a respectable 25-of-30 from the free-throw line.

Heading into today's Christmas Day contest against the Knicks, Embiid was averaging 23.9 points, 10.9 rebounds and 1.9 blocked shots per game in 31.1 minutes of action per contest.

The Knicks, on the other hand, struggled a bit from the line a made just 18 of their 28 attempts on the afternoon from the charity stripe.
