The Oklahoma City Thunder once again shocked the basketball world when it was reportedly Saturday that they had agreed to a trade with the New York Knicks to acquire Carmelo Anthony.

In sending Enes Kanter, Doug McDermott and a second round pick, the Thunder add Anthony to a roster that already boasts Russell Westbrook and Paul George now.

The next All-Star to join OKC could already be known, as suggested by Chris Mannix of The Vertical.

Dwyane Wade has been working to reach a buyout with the Chicago Bulls this summer as he is clearly eyeing to jump to another team with a better chance at contending, especially after the Bulls lost Jimmy Butler in a trade this offseason.

Wade has been linked to teams like the Cavaliers and Rockets, similar to how Anthony was, and it will be no surprise if the Thunder emerge as a potential destination for him now.

Wade has also often been linked to teams with Anthony, and Chris Paul and LeBron James for that matter, as team Banana Boat is often one that many NBA fans want to come to fruition sometime in the future.

Maybe a new kind of team Banana Boat is forming in OKC. Already with three stars in Westbrook, George and Anthony, Wade may make sense as the next fit for the franchise that has done an alarmingly good job moving on since Kevin Durant.
