Minnesota Timberwolves big man Karl-Anthony Towns has been dubbed as a unicorn, but who knew that he also has a pair of eyes at the back of his head? Here’s a video evidence of that.

Showing great court awareness, Towns turned an offensive rebound in the second quarter of Wednesday's game against the Denver Nuggets into a highlight passing play, throwing an over-the-shoulder dime to a cutting Taj Gibson, who found himself open for a wide-open slam dunk. Nuggets center Nikola Jokic was supposed to be the one making that kind of an assist, but I guess Towns is also capable of dropping some big-man dimes.
After all, his ability to make absurd plays like that was just one of the many reasons why the Timberwolves took him first overall back in the 2015 NBA Draft.
Karl-Anthony Towns, however, isn’t that prolific of a passer, as he’s averaging just 1.9 assists per game, but he’s been solid in almost every aspect. The Kentucky product is putting up 20.5 points and grabbing 11.6 rebounds per game so far this year. He is also shooting 52.9 percent from the field and 39.2 percent from behind the arc – not too shabby for a seven-footer.
