Multi-platinum recording artist and Toronto Raptors Global Ambassador Drake made his long-yearned return to the Air Canada Centre to root for his hometown team against the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 3.

The often-enthusiastic representative of The Six has had his loyalty questioned the last couple of seasons after being spotted at Golden State Warriors‘ and L.A. Clippers‘ games, while making less frequent appearances at Raptors games.

Drake took his usual front-row seat and cheered on his team as it attempts to come back from an 0-2 series deficit to the reigning Eastern Conference champions.

The rapper was eagerly supportive of the team's new addition as he emphatically erased a hopeful layup attempt by Cavs forward Iman Shumpert out of bounds.

Drake's appearance has given the Raptors a sudden boost, as they lead the Cavaliers 52-49 at the half behind DeMar DeRozan‘s game-high 21 points.
