Over one-third of the NBA could be affected by Kawhi Leonard's free-agency decision delay, according to Jeff Siegel of Early Bird Rights.

In addition to the Toronto Raptors, Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Clippers, the New Orleans Pelicans, Washington Wizards, Atlanta Hawks, Philadelphia 76ers, Detroit Pistons, Memphis Grizzlies, Dallas Mavericks and Utah Jazz are the teams possibly affected by Leonard's decision delay, while rookies De'Andre Hunter, Jaxson Hayes, Nickeil Alexander-Walker, Bruno Fernando, Didi Silva and Jordan Bone can't play in the 2019 Summer League yet.

The Anthony Davis trade between the Lakers and Pelicans can be made official on Saturday. This trade also involves the Wizards, who helped give Los Angeles that third max slot to sign Kawhi Leonard in free agency.

Leonard is deciding between either staying with the Raptors or joining the Lakers or Los Angeles Clippers. The above mentioned rookies were involved in trades, so they can't play for their respective teams in the Summer League until this whole situation is figured out.

Kawhi Leonard literally has the NBA in the palms of his gigantic hands right now. Not even LeBron James had this much power back in 2010 and 2014 when he was a free agent. Turns out, Danny Green isn't the only guy who is hoping Leonard makes his decision soon.
