Toronto Raptors guard Danny Green is one of the many people eager to know the decision of Kawhi Leonard. The two-time NBA Finals Most Valuable Player has yet to announce his decision on where he will sign this summer.

According to Alex McKeen of The Star Vancouver, Green admitted that he never thought that it will take this long for Leonard to make his decision. However, he also added that he is not surprised that Leonard and his camp are evaluating all of their options thoroughly before choosing a destination.

Green said, though, that Leonard has a lot of reasons to remain in Toronto after winning a championship last season. The veteran guard believes that Raptors president Masai Ujiri made a good pitch to Leonard during their meeting on Tuesday in Toronto.

“When you get more time together you gel more,” Green said. “I’m sure Masai is using it. I’m not in the meetings so I wouldn't know but it could be a pretty good pitch.”

Like Leonard, Green is also a free agent and has yet to make a decision. The 32-year-old guard is being linked with the Raptors, Dallas Mavericks and Los Angeles Lakers. It is widely believed that the former North Carolina standout will make a decision after Leonard announces his choice.
