Hip-hop star Drake is Toronto born and Toronto raised. He is a life-long Raptors fan and has become a fixture at Raptors home games. But yet, during one of the biggest games in the history of the Toronto franchise, he was wearing the attire of the enemy.

During the Raptors' Game 7 win over the Philadelphia 76ers in their second-round Eastern Conference playoff matchup on Sunday night, Drake was seen wearing 76ers shorts while watching the game from home.

But don't worry Raptors fans. Drake isn't changing allegiances; he was only wearing the shorts as a reverse jinx to ward off his own bad luck in terms of supporting his favorite sports teams:

Of course, the Raptors went on to win by a score 92-90 courtesy of one of the craziest buzzer-beaters you will ever see from Kawhi Leonard, who launched a fading jumper from the corner as time expired and saw the ball bounce off the rim four times before finally falling.

Leonard finished with 41 points in the win to lead Toronto to its first Eastern Conference Finals appearance since 2016.

The 27-year-old ended up averaging 34.7 points, 9.9 rebounds, four assists and 1.3 steals over 39.7 minutes per game during the seven-game series, shooting 53 percent from the floor, 33.3 percent from three-point range and 85.7 percent from the free-throw line.

Now, the Raptors, who won 58 games and finished in second place in the Eastern Conference during the regular season, will move on to battle the Milwaukee Bucks, the league's only 60-win team, for a berth in the finals.
