With current Los Angeles Clippers superstar forward Kawhi Leonard no longer north of the border with veteran shooting guard DeMar DeRozan now a member of the San Antonio Spurs, Toronto Raptors point guard Kyle Lowry has been asked to carry quite the workload as his team continues to battle it out as the defending NBA Champions. However, Lowry isn't being sent into battle by himself as Raptors head coach Nick Nurse certainly has the seasoned signal caller's back.
Not only that, but Nurse thinks that Lowry should most definitely become an Eastern Conference All-Star this time around.

“If that guy isn't on an All-Star ballot, considering the last 18 months and where our team is, that's unfathomable to me,” Nurse recently told Nosh Lewenberg of TSN. “If anybody that has a decent knowledge of the game would keep him off then, well, it doesn't make sense to me. It wouldn't make any sense at all.”
