The Toronto Raptors take on the Miami Heat on Wednesday and Raptors starting point guard Kyle Lowry is doubtful to play.
Kyle Lowry is dealing a lingering back injury which has plagued him for a few weeks now.

Kyle Lowry missed four games in a row with the back ailment, along with a thigh bruise as well last week. The four-time All-Star returned to the lineup this past Saturday versus the Philadelphia 76ers and finished with 20 points, six rebounds and five assists in 30 minutes of action. Toronto, however, lost by 25 points.
Article Continues BelowLowry, 32, is averaging 14.4 points, 4.5 rebounds and 9.8 assists per game this season while shooting 43.3 percent from the floor, 32.5 percent from beyond the arc and 84.5 percent from the free-throw line. The Raptors enter Wednesday with the best record in the NBA at 25-10.
Fred VanVleet will likely start in Lowry's place. The third-year combo guard is putting up 10.0 points, 2.5 rebounds and 4.4 assists per contest this season and shooting 41.6 percent from the field, 35.9 percent from the 3-point line and 77.5 percent from the foul line.
As long as Toronto as All-Star small forward Kawhi Leonard in the lineup, they have a good chance to win every game. Leonard didn't against the Sixers because he still isn't playing in back-to-backs yet. Leonard is available to play versus the Heat.
