The Toronto Raptors just starved off elimination yet again on Monday night after defeating the Sixers on their own home floor in Game 5, 103-88. That's now back-to-back wins for the Raptors after going down 0-3 in the series.
After the game, Toronto star Pascal Siakam had an inspiring message as his team hopes to stave off elimination again in Game 6 (h/t NBA TV on Twitter):
“We can't worry about what's going to happen,” Siakam said. “We have to worry about today or whatever game we're in. We know that if we do that we're gonna have a chance.”

Siakam scored a game-high 23 points in this one on 10-of-17 shooting. The 28-year-old also logged 10 rebounds, and seven assists as he led the Raptors to a big win in Philadelphia.
No team in the history of the NBA has ever gone back from 0-3 down in a series. It's still an extremely tough ask for the Raptors but now that they've won two straight, there's no denying that momentum is on their side. Game 6 is scheduled for Thursday and it's going to be in Toronto. Another win puts the Raptors in a prime opportunity to pull off the unthinkable.
