The storyline about how the series would flow between the Toronto Raptors and the Cleveland Cavaliers quickly flipped after the road team's Game 1 victory.

The Raptors were up big in Game 1 before the Cavaliers came storming back to steal a win. Near the end of regulation, the Raptors had countless attempts to hit a game-winning shot, but it just wasn't meant to be and the game went to overtime. In the extra session, the Cavs took their first lead of the game and ended up stealing a win by one point.

Raptors president Masai Ujiri asked how the series would be different if the Raptors would have came out on top in Game 1, and his answer was simple: they would still be playing.

The whole outlook of the series could have been completely changed if the Raptors would have been able to hold onto the first game. That win provided the Cavaliers and the role players around LeBron James confidence that they could win this series.

The Raptors front office now has a lot of decisions to make this offseason and it starts on if they want to keep their coach, Dwane Casey. There have been rumors swirling that he may be dismissed.

Casey and Ujiri had their end of the season press conference together on Wednesday, and Casey said he wasn't looking for a vote of confidence.

“Nobody has told me differently,” he answered matter-of-factly via SportsNet. “Until then I’m here still fighting. I’m still here.

“I don’t expect a vote of confidence [from Ujiri],” he added “… I’ve read all the articles, texts, all this stuff. I understand what’s been said. I’m not in the dark, but I’m not looking for a vote of confidence because I haven’t heard anything different.”

It will be interesting to witness which way the Raptors do decide to go, but that will probably be decided in the next few days.
