On Wednesday, ESPN NBA analyst Jalen Rose reported he's hearing there's a 99 percent chance Kawhi Leonard will re-sign with the Toronto Raptors. Rose was the first person last season to report Leonard would never play for the San Antonio Spurs again, so he has a track record of being right when it comes to Leonard.
On Thursday, Frank Isola of The Athletic took Rose's report a step further, saying he's hearing it's now a 99.9 percent chance Leonard spurns the Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angles Clippers to stay with the Raptors:
From what I’m hearing Jalen Rose’s 99 percent that Kawhi is returning to Toronto now sounds like 99.9 percent.

Kawhi Leonard met with the Raptors on Wednesday in Toronto. He reportedly took a seven-hour flight from Los Angeles to Canada to meet with Raptors president Masai Ujiri. Many around the league speculated the two-time Finals MVP and three-time All-Star wouldn't take that long of a flight and not return to the Raptors.
#KawhiWatch is the biggest story in the NBA right now. The Raptors are gaining confidence Leonard will stay for at least another season, while the Lakers and Clippers are starting to get nervous. All signs point toward Leonard making his decision on Friday or over the weekend. Toronto might just throw another parade if Kawhi decides to stay in Canada.
