In the 130-122 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers, John Wall suffered a left shoulder sprain after running into Channing Frye. The Washington Wizards All-Star underwent X-rays which came back negative and left the arena with his arm in a sling.
According to Shams Charania of The Vertical, Wall has no structural damage and is considered questionable against the Toronto Raptors:
Sources: After tests on injured shoulder, Wizards star John Wall has no structural damage, just soreness. Listed as questionable vs. Raptors.

While it is unclear how many games Wall may miss from the sore shoulder injury, this is still good news for the Wizards. After Markieff Morris returned from a sports hernia injury against Cleveland, Washington hopes to improve on their 4-4 start to the 2017-18 NBA season with their full roster.
Although all the talk has been about the Boston Celtics and Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference, the Wizards have an extremely talented starting lineup. If they remain relatively healthy, the Wizards will have an opportunity to win 50 games for the first time in decades after falling just one short last season.
However, with one of the best backcourts in the league, regular season success will not be enough in Washington. After losing to the Celtics in seven games during the Eastern Conference semifinals, they now have the experience to make a deeper postseason run.
